Welcome to AcquireTM, operated by EON Applications, Inc. ("EON Applications," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, software, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Note: EON Applications reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Services
AcquireTM is an applicant tracking and talent acquisition software platform that enables organizations to:
- Post job openings
- Manage candidate applications
- Streamline hiring workflows
- Onboard new employees
The Services are provided on a subscription basis to authorized corporate users and their designated personnel. Service availability and support commitments, where applicable, are governed by the separate order or service level agreement (SLA) executed at the time of purchase.
3. Use of Website Content
The content on our website and within the Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, and materials such as guides, datasheets, and FAQs — is owned by or licensed to EON Applications and is provided for your information. You may view and print this content for your own internal, non-commercial reference, provided that:
- All copyright and proprietary notices are kept intact;
- The content is used for internal, non-commercial purposes only; and
- The content is not modified, republished, or redistributed.
Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, or public display — requires our prior written permission. This permission does not extend to the AcquireTM software itself or to any data or content owned by our customers.

THE SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EON Applications from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, use of Services, violation of third-party rights, or content you submit.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, EON APPLICATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Legal proceedings shall be instituted exclusively in federal or state courts located in Collin County, Texas.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies as provided herein.
13. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
14. Waiver
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver. Failure to assert a right does not constitute a waiver of such right.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EON Applications regarding the Services.
